is the data controller for the personal data of the User and informs them that this data will be
processed in accordance with the provisions of the current European and Spanish regulations on the

protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of

Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a professional relationship with the user. The operations intended to carry out the
processing are:

2.- Mandatory or Optional Character of the Information Provided by the User

forms, registration, subscription, etc., or presented in download forms, the User expressly and freely
accepts that their data is necessary to attend to their request by the Data Controller, and the
inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. All data requested through the website marked
with () are mandatory as they are necessary for the provision of optimal service to the User. The other
fields, although their input is optional, may be necessary to provide all the information needed to
adequately respond to the inquiry. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the
information and services provided by the Supplier will fully meet their needs. The User guarantees that
the personal data provided to the Supplier is truthful and is responsible for communicating any

Made in Verse SL, hereinafter referred to as the RESPONSIBLE party, informs the USER that it has created
a profile on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, and
Google+, and is the data controller for the personal data of the user that is processed on these social
networks. It informs the user that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and provides
the following information about the processing:
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the RESPONSIBLE party, which may
include the following operations:
- Processing requests and inquiries made to the responsible party,
- Informing about activities and events organized by the responsible party,
- Informing about products or services offered by the responsible party,
- Interacting through the official profiles.
Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a of the GDPR states that the data subject has given consent for
the
processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same
social network and has decided to join the RESPONSIBLE party's social network, thus showing interest in
the
information published there. Therefore, at the moment of requesting to follow our official profiles,
they
provide their consent for the processing of the personal data published in their profile.
The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network at any time and can configure their
profile
to ensure their privacy. The RESPONSIBLE party has access to and processes the public information of the
USER, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the social network itself and will
only
be included in a file of the RESPONSIBLE party when necessary to process the USER's request.
Data retention criteria: data will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent granted as indicated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Data communication: information provided by the USER through the social networks of the RESPONSIBLE party, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, and may thus be publicly available to other third-party social network users. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions granted, delete them, or deactivate them, similar to any third-party application that they no longer wish to use.
No communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is foreseen, except if it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE party has signed confidentiality and processing contracts required by current privacy regulations.

2. Use of the Profile
The RESPONSIBLE party will carry out the following actions:
- - Access to the public information of the profile.
- - Publication on the USER's profile of all information already published on the RESPONSIBLE party's social network.
- - Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels.
- - Page status updates that will be published on the USER's profile.
3. Publications
The USER, once they are a follower or have joined the CONTROLLER's social network, may publish comments,
links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER, in all
cases, must be the owner of the published content, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights
or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., is expressly
prohibited. that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that
infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the Law.
In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior
communication, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER will not be responsible for the content freely published by a USER.
The USER must keep in mind that their publications will be known by other users, so they themselves are
primarily responsible for their privacy.
The images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER,
but they will remain on the social network.
4. Data of minors or people with special abilities
Access and registration through the social networks of the CONTROLLER is
prohibited to minors under 18 years of age. For its part, if the USER has special capabilities, the
intervention of the head of his country will be necessary power or guardianship, or of his legal
representative through a valid document that prove the representation.
The CONTROLLER will be expressly exonerated from any responsibility that may arise from the use of
social networks by of minors or people with special abilities. The social networks of RESPONSIBLE do not
knowingly collect any personal information from minors, therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should
not Register, nor use the social networks of the CONTROLLER nor provide any personal information.
